Is it possible to combine other treatments for my problem at the same time as practicing with you?
Any passive treatment such as acupuncture, chiropractic, osteopathy, physiotherapy that really helps you, there is no problem in combining it. Any active treatment that combines home exercises, it is better to consult with the instructor.
How do I know the exercises are helping me?
In the early stages, if you don’t feel any more pain after the exercise, it’s an encouraging sign. Of course, if you feel a little better after the exercise, it’s a sure sign that the exercise is helping you. After a few weeks, it’s important that you feel your body ‘saying thank you’ at the end of each exercise. If this isn’t the case, inform your instructor.
When is it advisable to practice?
It is advisable to practice in the first part of the day. If you work sitting down, it is important that you practice before work and implement the ergonomic guidelines you will receive from the instructor.
Is it possible or advisable to practice more than once a day?
In the early stages, you can practice more than once a day but later on in the process once a day is enough.
If I stopped practicing for more than three days, should I go back and do the last practice I learned?
If this is the first practice you received, then you can return to it after a break of a few days. But if you are already in the process and have gone through several exercises, it is very advisable not to return to the last practice but to start from previous recordings. Is it advisable for me to practice every day?
Yes, it is really recommended to practice every day. Every day that you don’t practice, your posture problems will get worse. Every time you practice, you correct your body and prepare it for the day.
If I feel pain during or immediately after the exercise, what should I do?
If you feel that an exercise is painful for you, you should stop it immediately. Stop the exercise and contact us. If you feel that it hurts more after the exercise is over, stop practicing and contact us.
Do I need to practice every alongside the recording?
It is highly desirable and perhaps even necessary to practice every day with the recording. The success rate of the process is high when practicing with the recording. This is because the recording sets the right pace and gives you nuances to pay attention to as well as more complex exercises.

What equipment do I need?
Most sessions require minimal equipment. Your therapist will provide a list of recommended items before your first session.
