TeleBack Treatment Process

TeleBack treatment process is based on a unique practice that you will learn through a demonstration from an expert in a Zoom therapy session. You will practice in front of your computer or mobile phone and receive real-time instructions and corrections from the instructor. We will record the practice and you will receive it for continued progress at home.

Teleback is intended for all those who are interested in learning to take care of themselves and resolve their pain on their own and thus not be dependent on treatments, therapists and medications.

  1. In the first stage you book a meeting with a Teleback practitioner.
  2. Immediately after setting up the meeting an email will be sent to you with the zoom meeting details.
  3. We will also send you a short questionnaire about your health situation.
  4. You will also receive a list of home equipment you will need during the meeting (like pillows and practice mattress).
  5. A therapist will meet you at the Zoom appointment at the set time. Make sure you have the equipment ready for the appointment.
At the first meeting we will assess your body abilities and needs.
  6. After this assessment we will teach you therapeutic practice through a demonstration in video and accurate instructions. The practice you learn will be recorded and will be available for you so you can practice it accurately every day. The therapist will give you accurate instructions when to practice and other instructions for a healing lifestyle.
  7. If you practice at home with your recording, your body will improve in terms of pain-relief’ movement, flexibility and strength.
  8. It is highly recommended to practice every day. Your body’s feedback will show the benefit of self-healing.
  9. We recommend you continue the process of correcting your body’s posture and abilities.
In further meetings we will teach you more advanced exercises based on the previous ones and gradually heal your body and improve your quality of life.
  10. You can always consult and hear about your progress in the process.
